Yield Bookkeeping Services is excited to announce our new client portal, Financial Cents! We are implementing this portal because it was designed to make it easier to share information and communicate seamlessly with our clients.
This portal allows you to upload and access files, ask questions, and more without having to download an app or create a username or password.
Keeping all of our communication and your information in one easy-to-access and secure place.

- Watch this short tutorial video on how you will access and use the portal.
- Bookmark https://app.financial-cents.com/cp/yield-bookkeeping-services-llc so you can access the portal on demand (without the email notification) when needed.
- Add noreply@mail.financial-cents.com to your email contacts to ensure the notifications don’t go to spam. Click the links for guides on how to do this in Outlook and Gmail.
For clients with a wholesale QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Online Payroll subscription through us, please note that all recurring invoices will be moved to the first day of each month. Due to legal restrictions prohibiting the storage or extraction of credit card information, you will be prompted to manually enter your payment details when you receive your first recurring invoice on June 1. Once your payment information is entered, it will automatically apply to future recurring invoices.
For clients currently on autopay, where we process your payments and send a receipt, please note that you will also need to manually pay your first invoice and enter your payment information. Once your payment details are entered, they will be securely stored and automatically applied to future invoices.
In addition, we encourage clients to enroll in autopay for added convenience. If you would like to switch to autopay, simply reply to this email and let us know. We will set you up in the new system, issue your first invoice manually for payment, and future invoices will be processed automatically using the payment method you provide.
If you currently use our SharePoint portal, do not worry. That will still be available for reference. However, we encourage you to begin using Financial Cents moving forward.
